Emplofy is seeking performance driven sales leader, experienced in introducing cutting edge talent acquisition or consulting companies to assume Director of Sales position. The person will take direct ownership of Emplofy’s business development activities and spearhead establishing and growing firm’s footprint in the New York market. The person will possess a proven track record in developing new sales pipeline, be able to leverage an existing network of industry contacts and have a demonstrated ability to sell talent acquisition and consulting services. Responsibilities include independently identifying and cultivating new high value sales opportunities through networking, prospecting, and cold-calling. the ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic startup environment and have excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills
qualification
3+ years of Business Development experience selling talent acquisition or consulting services
Robust network of professional contacts and accounts that can be cultivated from day one
